Equipment Repair & Maintenance Warranty
We stand behind the quality of services we offer and provide the following warranty on all labor and parts.
Coverage period
We provide a 30-day warranty on all labor performed. If a repair fails due to an error in our installation or service during this window, we will return to correct it at no additional cost to you.
Company-supplied parts
Parts purchased through us are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. We will cover the claim and replacement labor for any part we supplied that is found to be defective within the labor warranty period.
Customer-supplied parts
We cannot guarantee the quality or fitment of parts provided by the customer. If a customer-supplied part is defective or fails prematurely, the customer is responsible for obtaining a replacement.
If we must return to replace a failed customer-provided part, a standard service call and labor fee will apply for the return visit.
What is NOT covered
This warranty is strictly limited to defects in workmanship or manufacturer part defects. It does not cover the following:
• Wear and tear items: Components that naturally wear out through use, including but not limited to: mower blades, belts, spark plugs, filters, tires, and batteries.
• Fuel issues: Any failure caused by “stale” fuel, ethanol damage, or contaminated gasoline (e.g., gummed-up carburetors due to storage without stabilizer).
• Neglect/misuse: Damage resulting from low oil levels, hitting rocks/stumps, improper storage, or operating the equipment outside of the manufacturer’s intended use.
• Third-party alterations: Any repairs or adjustments made by the owner or another repair service after our visit voids this warranty.
How to request service
If you believe a repair or service has failed due to a defect in our workmanship or a part we provided please contact us immediately with your original invoice number and a brief description of the issue.
We will schedule a follow-up visit. If the issue is found to be a result of our labor or a part we provided, the visit is free of charge. If the issue is unrelated to our previous repair (e.g., a new fault or neglect), standard service rates will apply.
