I would recommend Ben for any small engine issues. I had an issue with the drive belt popping off my tractor and the diagram didn’t match the spindles configuration on the mower. He arrived earlier than expected so he took a look at it and got it figured out quickly. He called me back shortly and said it was all taken care of. He was very professional during the whole experience and I wouldnt hesitate to call him again. The fact that he offers house calls is so convenient and appropriated!

Excellent professional and friendly service. The technician arrived early for the scheduled appointment, which was greatly appreciated, and quickly diagnosed, repaired, and tested my power washer. He even changed the oil, air filter, and spark plug—all at a very reasonable cost. The entire process was efficient and handled with great attention to detail.

Ben worked on a blower, a Cub Cadet mower, and a snow blower for me. He was very communicative. Kept me informed. He was fast and thorough. I had been told from a local lawn mower sales company that does repairs on their brand of mower, that my Cub Cadet was not repairable or worth anything and that I should just sell it cheap and buy a new mower. After having that local company work on my units ( they would not work on my blower because it was not “their” brand), but they did work on 3 of my lawn equipment machines, none of them would even start the next time I tried after they had completed the work. All 3!!! Ben fixed the Cub Cadet, said it was fine and I have had no issues. He also told me some things about the mower that I did not know on how to run it better and showed me features that I have not used but now use all the time. Highly recommend calling Ben.
