Service Access & Weather Policy
To ensure safe and timely service, we require all equipment to be fully accessible by our service vehicles. If access or weather conditions prevent service, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. 

Photo & Video Recording Policy
I understand photos or videos may be taken during service for record-keeping, training or marketing purposes. This may include posting on social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram or Facebook.

1. Authorization to Perform Repair

I authorize BENS SMALL ENGINE REPAIR LLC to perform small-engine repair services on the equipment described in my booking. This includes diagnostics, on-site repairs, maintenance, warranty paperwork and consultation as requested.

2. Payment Terms

• Services are billed according to the rates published on our website.

• Payment is due upon completion of service.

• Extended travel zone fees and optional warranty/administration fees may apply.

• We accept Cash, Check, Credit Card, Cash App and Venmo.

3. Parts & Materials

• Parts may be supplied by us or by the customer.

• Any parts purchased or handled by us may include a handling fee of 5–10% of the part cost.

• A standard fee of $10 may be added per service to cover consumable items such as lubricants, cleaners or other shop supplies used during service.

• A standard fee of $10 may be added per service to cover the proper collection and disposal of used oil and other fluids in accordance with environmental regulations.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects or incidental damage outside the scope of work.

• Equipment left on site or in storage is done at the customer’s risk before and after service.

• We are not responsible for stains, cracks or other surface damage caused by leaking fuel, lubricants or cleaners on work areas such as driveways or floors during or after service.

• The customer assumes all risk associated with the equipment after service and releases us from any claims or damages resulting from injury, property damage or other loss.

5. Warranty

• Any warranty on labor or parts is explicitly stated at the time of service.

• Warranty work must be pre-approved by us and/or the manufacturer.

6. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service on any equipment which is deemed unsafe, excessively damaged or beyond the scope of our services.

7. Agreement

• I have read, understand and agree to all terms stated above.

• I authorize you to perform the repair services as booked.
