During heavy rain or snow, equipment must be located under cover or shelter to prevent weather related delays or safety issues. If access or conditions prevent service, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.

Do you work on older equipment?
We do not service or repair equipment that is more than 20 years old. This policy ensures we can provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective service using parts that are readily available.
How often should my oil be changed?
Changing the oil in your engine is one of the most important things you can do for longevity and performance. Most manufacturers recommend changing engine oil every 50 hours. This translates to once a season for most residential equipment and every few weeks for heavily used commercial equipment. Take a look at our maintenance packages.
Should I use ethanol-free recreational fuel?
During storage the ethanol in your fuel can attract moisture and introduce it to your engine components. This can lead to poor performance or a fuel blockage. Typically 87-89 octane fuel contains 10% ethanol and most fuels above 90 octane including recreational fuel are ethanol-free. Ethanol-free fuel is the better choice for infrequently used equipment and storage.
Should I use a fuel stabilizer such as STA-BIL?
Fuel stabilizers such as STA-BIL can help prevent fuel separation and keep your fuel fresher over extended storage periods. The best practice before storage is to drain the fuel as much as possible and let your engine use up the rest.
