I needed a tune up on my mower I hadn't used for some time and didn't really want to have to take it anywhere. I was able to schedule an appointment online and Ben came right to the house. He arrived before the scheduled time and got it back up and running quickly. He knew what needed to be done and took the time to make sure it was all fixed up and ready to go. I had an old John Deere I had Ben come take a look at. Given I have no idea about these things Ben could’ve charged me an arm and a leg and I would’nt have had a clue. Instead he was honest that the machine wasn’t going to be worth fixing. He then quickly took a look at my 2 push mowers, figured out the problems and then had them up and running in about an hour. I had been work on my snow thrower. I couldn't get it started & the pull cord broke. He fixed the cord & got it started. He wouldn't leave until it was running perfectly. Ben was top-notch. He showed up exactly when he said he would… And also helped educate me along the way. Ben was very efficient and honest. I had him replace my mower blades with a new set, and he even took the time to show me the old ones and sharpen them up to keep as a back up. I had a small weed whipper engine in a remote control boat. I struggled with it probably about 20 hours. Tried a new coil, fresh gas, rebuild the carburetor, but for the life of me I just could not get this engine to run properly. Ben came over and save the day! It took him 45 minutes to find the problem, and it has never run better!
